you are a tired satellite falling skywards, but caught by a marionette, together stringing together lossy lyrical fragments of very particular melancholies.
(a bit more exposition)
A marionette dreams of the ocean that once was. Her guts are bycatch and plastic, her heart's a too-big-brain coral, she's blind and mute. She wakes to her lone lover's phone ringing -- her new friend the satellite is falling into inner orbit to find her. She has been falling skywards for a time; seeking ground; running low on memory. She's just found her footing in this new firmament after being flashed with new firmware. She won't be able to see in as many colours as she used to, she'll have to take big naps between taking photos, but now she's got a friend to string her along. The marionette sends her strings to catch her solar sails, and together they explore the oncewaves, catching lossy lyrics of very particular melancholies.
